Insurance

I’m currently in-network with Aetna for ongoing nutrition coaching. If you're insured through Aetna, you may be eligible for full or partial coverage of sessions.

If you’re not with Aetna and would like to explore using insurance, you can book through my alternate platform Fay, which checks your benefits and submits claims on your behalf.

Keep in mind: coverage varies by plan, and some clients choose to self-pay for greater flexibility and personalization.

How it works:


You’ll first book a 90-minute initial session for $175.

During this session, we’ll determine which package best fits your needs. The cost of your initial will be credited toward the package you choose.

Kickstart Package — $395

A short-term package designed to help you gain clarity and tackle your nutrition concerns.

  • One 90-minute initial session*
  • Two 45-minute follow-up sessions

Momentum Package — $825

A comprehensive support plan to help you stay accountable and make progress through life transitions, mindset shifts, and long-term habit building.

  • One 90-minute initial session*
  • Six 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • Option to renew services as needed

Thrive Package — $1,225 (Recommended)

A 10-week journey designed for sustained support, accountability, and real lifestyle change. Ideal if you're ready to commit to long-term progress and lasting results.

  • Eight 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • Option to renew services or shift to maintenance support

Nutrition Clarity Session (One Time)

Who Is This For?

This session is ideal for individuals who want professional insight into their current intake — without a long-term coaching commitment. Whether you're already tracking, eating intentionally, or following a specific approach, this session offers clarity, refinement, and a second set of eyes on your habits.

What's Included

We’ll conduct a 24–48 hour dietary recall using Cronometer, a nutrient analysis software. You’ll receive detailed feedback on your current intake, including macronutrient balance, micronutrient gaps, and opportunities for improved nourishment — without factoring in lifestyle, medical conditions, or mindset work. This is a food-focused, precision-driven session designed for fine-tuning.

Insurance

This session is primarily offered as a one-time cash-pay service at $150. However, insurance may be accepted on a case-by-case basis through a separate booking platform.
