Meet Ellen

Intro
Hi, I’m Ellen — a Registered Dietitian, nutrition coach, and creative thinker. I help clients transform their health by getting to the root of fatigue, digestive issues, or weight struggles, so we can create change that lasts.
My style is warm, real, and grounded in science and compassion. Whether you’re navigating something complex or simply want to feel better day-to-day, my goal is to make nutrition feel simple, supportive, and effective.
My Approach
Together, we will focus on building sustainable change through small, manageable micro habits that reduce overwhelm and meet you where you are.
I also blend education with self-awareness to help you understand how your unique body functions, with consideration given to your individual metabolism, hormones and blood sugar. With this increased knowledge, you’ll feel more confident than ever with food choices and habits.
At the same time, we tune into how you feel. I encourage a mindful, connected relationship with food—one that balances structure with freedom and builds trust in your body’s cues.
My Philosophy
1. Root-Cause Lens
Symptoms are messengers. I look deeper to understand what your body is truly asking for, so we can respond with purpose.
2. Food-First Approach
I believe in the power of food as medicine. We start with foundational habits—nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior—before jumping to supplements or costly interventions. The basics are the breakthrough.
3. Balance & Moderation
Together, we make space for the flavors, textures, and comfort foods you love—strategically supporting your goals.
4. Simplicity
We reduce overwhelm by choosing goals that are manageable but impactful, focusing on one or two changes at a time to ensure success.
5. Enjoyment
If you enjoy it, it’ll stick. Together, we will create routines that feel effortless and fun.
6. Relationship with Food
Peace with food opens the door to confidence, clarity, and energy. When we stop the internal battle, there’s more space for what really matters.
7. Energy First
When energy improves, everything gets easier—your focus, your movement, your choices, and your results.
